Train to a page of Future

For me, books and journeys are alike
An hour spent on books
or a time spent on a train traveling somewhere alone
allow us to dig down our minds,
focusing on every pinch of thoughts

Observing each story through a set of pages
or a windowpane can indeed free up our minds

I fall for the time spent on a book I love
I fall for the time spent on a short journey
even a-station long journey can also grant me a time of merriment
I draw a book in a passenger’s hands; a passenger whom I would find on a different train
Those views from different windows might withhold some hidden stories
or else, those stories may somehow happen one day in the future

“A book talking about a lonely 54-hertz
whale who is unrecognized by its kind
and has never been found.
I once thought that I am the whale.
But things changed when I found the book
which led me to a group of other 54-hertz
whales, so long solitude”
“When I read to one point,
I felt as if I could find a shelter, hidden away from a chaotic life, seeing others’ dream through pages of book and that set my soul soar.
Soaring in the big blue sea or in an endless
sky probably both leads to freedom.
I really want to feel that feeling, again.”
“Maybe…this is the last station. If my life
was a book, this would be the very last
chapter. I have set sail through my own
life. Tons of stories have been told and
many people have been found, and I still
could make it to the end of the line.
I’m such a traveler, right?”
“An unguessable-ending book intrigues me
and would keep me tuning pages without
knowing what the book would hold in store for me. The next chapter of my life may be awaiting to surprise me.
Who knows, one day I might find myself
writing about my own journey.”
“A train is driving through a dangerous rail. It could not stop until it reaches
the next station. Most people would spend their time on something they are into.
So would A picture book ends earlier
than I expected. Yet, the feelings are still explicit in my mind. At least, this long journey has something to tell.”
“We sometimes find ourselves overcomeby an oddly dissatisfying life.
Changing a path, getting lost, and being surrounded by unfamiliarity would lead us to our whole new selves. But if you’re seeking something easier, take the same path but with a new
partner a new book. It would make you see things differently.”
